We are living exceptional times and precedent times, which are going to affect the lives of all of us, being of extreme importance or rigorous compliance with the norms of the Portuguese health authorities for all of us, and at Happy Heads Clinic we are not exception.
Happy Heads Clinic responsibility:
We will attend by booking only. That can be done through: www.happyheadsclinic.com, phone or whatsapp 917807500;
We will only attend 1 client / treatment at a time;
In this phase, and for reasons of hygiene, we will not be available to play toys, books and tablets. Clients can bring their personal equipment;
Payments will be paid preferentially by multibanco - which will be disinfected in each use and invoices sent by email;
Cleaning and disinfection of all materials and equipment between treatments;
All used materials are sterilized between treatments, each client has a personal kit open just at the time of treatment;
The professionals will be equipped with a mask at each treatment. Hands will be washed and disinfected frequently between treatments.
Client responsibility:
Each client can only be accompanied by 1 person;
Mandatory use of mask inside the center, it will not be admitted any person without a mask
Wash and disinfect hands at the entrance (where the hydroalcoholic gel will be available)
Wait no outside until authorized to enter.
If any symptoms arise related to a COVID19 case, phone to uncheck or reschedule your treatment.
All these rules will be remembered to clients, by telephone and / or email. Your collaboration will be precious, if we all comply with these measures we can quickly overcome this pandemic.
